Employee Benefit Scheme - Terms and Conditions:

1. This offer is available only to AMA WA members, who must show the CHF Water Technician a valid AMA WA membership identification or other proof of association.
2. This VISA gift card offer is only available on the CHF-6000 range of whole-home systems (this bonus offer excludes stand-alone under-sink RO and rainwater systems)
3. The VISA gift card is provided in digital format only, after the installation and full payment of a CHF-6000 whole-house filtration system on an individual lot.
4. The VISA card is not transferable and will be addressed to the buyer's name at the registered email address associated with the system sale.
5. VISA Gift cards are distributed approximately 3 weeks after final installation.
6. Enquiries must be made through the unique AMA WA member tracking link. For enquiries from outside this link, the bonus offer will not apply and cannot be retrospectively applied, and the bonus VISA card will not be supplied.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other external third-party offers or additional corporate discounts (such as builders, motoring/insurance/health groups, other CHF partners, etc.).
8. AMA WA members can accept special internal in-market offers from Complete Home Filtration Water Technicians, CHF agents and/or the internal CHF sales team and still receive their bonus VISA gift card.
9. This offer is only available to new enquiries (starting from 25 June 2025) - or to AMA WA members looking to buy additional CHF all-home systems or upgrade on other owned properties. Individuals deemed to have previously enquired prior or received a CHF Water Test Consultation and/or already have a quote/deal in the CHF system are excluded from this offer.
10. Complete Home Filtration has the final say in determining member eligibility and can withdraw the offer at any time without penalty. Any previous offers will expire and can/will be superseded by new and updated offers, or potentially no offer.
11. For superseded offers, at Complete Home Filtration’s sole discretion, individuals deemed to be mid-installation, meaning they have a signed contract AND have paid their deposit AND have a system installation date scheduled, may be considered to have past now expired offers applied relating to their ‘deal date’ and the EBS offer at that time.
12. Customers who sign deals or confirm installation and then cancel will incur cancellation fees. Deposits are non-refundable. All other sales contract terms and conditions also apply, and are available on our CHF website.
13. For general reference, CHF whole home standard system installation services is described as follows: access to the mains inlet pipe to the home must not require breaking of concrete, more than 3m of copper piping or more than 1 hour of excavation work, i.e. not require access under poured aggregate, etc.; additional charges for non-standard installation will be charged at the cost of material and labour.
14. Any installations outside of these standard installation parameters may incur additional costs and will be quoted prior to commencement of work. After the costs are signed and agreed upon by the customer, will your installation will proceed.
