One-to-One Virtual Coaching

PEER Program Offer: Peer Engagement, Exploration and Reflection 

Each program is designed to strengthen professional connection, self-awareness and shared learning through a series of structured, facilitated peer conversations for clinicians within their cohort. Delivered virtually in a group coaching format, participants engage in reflective, practical discussions that support real-world challenges, collaboration and decision-making.

Clinicians build greater emotional and cognitive flexibility, enhance self-regulation under pressure, and develop practical actions that support both individual wellbeing and team effectiveness. The experience encourages compassionate, sustainable clinical practice while fostering deeper collegial engagement across healthcare settings.

Facilitator Expertise: Programs are hosted by experienced clinicians who are coach-trained facilitators and coaches and highly skilled in working with healthcare professionals. Sessions offer members psychologically safe, supportive and professionally accountable learning environments that encourage thoughtful questioning, reflection and shared problem-solving.

2. Program Registration and RACP Verification When registering for programs under this partnership: 

• Accuracy: You must provide your current and valid RACP Member ID at the point of registration or during the initial consultation to verify eligibility.

5. Cancellations and Refunds Standard Capstan Partners professional service agreements apply to all bookings. Refund policies for specific workshops will be detailed during the registration process. Cancellations may incur a fee. All transactions are subject to Australian Consumer Law.
