1. Eligibility

This offer is available exclusively to current Fellows and trainees of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (The RACP). The discount code is provided by The RACP and is intended for personal use by members only.

2. Discount Code

The member discount is applied by entering the unique RACP discount code at checkout on infectious.com.au. The code cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless stated otherwise.

3. Eligible Products

The discount applies to full-priced products only. Products already subject to a sale or clearance discount are excluded. Infectious Clothing Company reserves the right to modify the range of eligible products at any time.

4. Discount Value

The discount value is as communicated on The RACP Benefits portal. Infectious Clothing Company reserves the right to adjust the discount amount with reasonable notice.

5. Validity

The offer is valid for the period stated on The RACP Benefits portal. Infectious Clothing Company and The RACP reserve the right to withdraw or modify the offer at any time.

6. Non-Transferable

The discount code is non-transferable and may not be shared with non-members or used for resale or commercial purposes.

7. Shipping

Free standard shipping applies to Australian domestic orders over $250 after discount. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold. International shipping is available at checkout.

8. Embroidery & Personalisation

In-house embroidery and personalisation services are available at an additional cost and are subject to a 5–7 business day production turnaround. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Infectious Clothing Company's standard returns, and exchange policy applies to all member purchases. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached, within 30 days of receipt. Embroidered or personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this offer is handled in accordance with Infectious Clothing Company's Privacy Policy, available at infectious.com.au, and The RACP's Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
