Focus on your own health and wellbeing with Positive Medicine
Positive Medicine for Doctors’ Health and Wellbeing

You look after everyone else, but does your own health truly make sense?

The RACP has partnered with Dr David Beaumont and the Positive Medicine team to offer a 20% discount on a two-part program designed to help you make sense of your own health—clearly, simply, and in a way that works in real life.

Medicine asks a lot of you: Long days. Complex decisions. Constant responsibility.

Somewhere in the middle of all that, your own health and wellbeing can become something you manage, rather than something you truly experience.
Many doctors recognise these thoughts. These are often signs that something needs attention—not because you're failing, but because the demands of medicine can take a significant toll on wellbeing.
“I know what I should be doing… but I’m not doing it”
“I feel tired, even when I’ve rested”
“I’m functioning—but not thriving”

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.  Here’s what most of us were never taught: “Health isn’t just about behaviours” “Wellbeing isn’t just about trying harder”

These are both expressions of something deeper - your own internal system in balance or under strain.  When your system makes sense, change becomes easier. Sometimes much easier than expected.

Positive Medicine is offering a two-part program designed to help you understand your own health—and translate that understanding into meaningful change.

How’s My Health Questionnaire
